In the month of April, Greatist and Social Workout have joined forces to create a DIY Health Challenge. You can read more about the challenge and join, here. Full disclosure, this is my first experience with Social Workout, and I really like it! Reminds me of a social networking site for healthy living.
The April challenge will be a great way to keep myself motivated in a different way, as well as hold me accountable. It requires 20 minutes of strength training per day and cooking at least one healthy meal for yourself, per day. Then, you log what you do (of course you can go above and beyond the requirements!), and share with others. You can encourage others, share recipes, and there might be a little friendly competition.
